PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure for positioning the rotational position of a workpiece. SOLUTION: A rotating shaft holding part 12 has a built-in rotation shaft 31 directly connected with a rotating shaft 15 of a motor 13, and a workpiece holding part 17 holding a workpiece is fixed to the rotary shaft 31. A control device 18 controls the rotation speed of the motor 13 based on the rotation speed detected by a rotation speed detection device 14, and calculates the rotational position of the motor 13 based on a detection signal outputted from an angle detector of the motor 13 to position the workpiece at the desired rotational position.
