摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the consumption of electric power needed in operating a cold/hot storage applying a thermoelectric converting device. SOLUTION: This cold/hot storage comprises a housing 7 having a storage space 8 inside, and a thermoelectric converting device 1 mounted on at least one face of the housing 7 in a state that it has two heat transfer faces 1a, 1b, one of which acts as a heat absorbing face, and the other acts as a heat generating face. Further this cold/hot storage comprises a first heat exchanger 2 mounted in a storage compartment 8 in a state of being thermally connected with one of the heat transfer faces 1a, a second heat exchanger 3 thermally connected with the other heat transfer face 1b, an air conditioner 11 generating the airflow of controlled temperature, and a wind power generating device 14 for converting wind power into electricity. The wind power generating device 14 is mounted in an air duct formed by connecting an air conditioner blowout air duct 4 for allowing the airflow blown out from the air conditioner 11 to flow into the second heat exchanger 3 and a discharge air duct 6 for allowing the airflow from the second heat exchanger 3 to be discharged to the external, and the flowing airflow can be converted into electricity by the wind power generating device 14 mounted in the air duct, thus the power supply from the external side becomes unnecessary or can be reduced.
