The circuit has an embedded system (4) integrated on a semiconductor material. A test interface is integrated on the material or within common component housing. Data from a register and/or I/O access of the embedded system is monitored or logged by a measuring circuit, at a test bus, outside the digital circuit by using the test interface. The test bus is connected with a test interface circuit.
