The cover (10) has two groups of retaining pins (30,31,32,33), each group having two pins, at the lower surface. The pins are pressed in the recesses of the cross bar, under its elastic strain, in such a manner that a compressive force is exerted between the side sections of retaining pins, lying opposite to each other, by cross bar in longitudinal direction of cross bar.
