<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly associate dealing information inputted not supposing that a customer who has received an incoming call in a call center system is specified with the customer. <P>SOLUTION: A subject/dealing information storage processing part 12 stores dealing information from which it is impossible to specify a customer in a customer dealing database 2 as an unidentified status, and generates session information including the storage status of the dealing information and the customer to be associated with the dealing information, and stores it in a session information storing part 16. An information decision processing part 15 acquires the customer information of the customer to be associated with the dealing information, and associates the specified customer with the dealing information based on the identical incoming call stored in the unidentified status in the customer dealing database 2 by referring to the session information, and changes the storage status to the definite status in a predetermined chance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
