<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector in which a band can be applied easily to the outside of the protector body, and to provide an electric connection box equipped with the protector. <P>SOLUTION: The electric connection box 1 is equipped with a box body 2 and a protector 3. The protector 3 consists of a protector body 9 and a guide portion 10. The guide portion 10 consists of an outer circumferential standing wall 12, a guide wall 13, a coupling portion 14 and a regulation strip 15. The outer circumferential standing wall 12 is standing from the outer edge of the protector body 9. The guide wall 13 is continuous to the outer circumferential standing wall 12 and arranged in parallel with the circumferential surface 9a of the protector body 9 at an interval. The coupling portion 14 couples the guide wall 13 and the box body 2 each other. The regulation strip 15 is continuous to the outer circumferential surface 9a of the protector body 9 and the guide wall 13.
