PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of operating a selected cell, mostly not affecting an adjacent cell. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor device and a manufacturing method of the same capable of operating the selected cell, mostly not affecting the adjacent cell, the semiconductor device is provided with a charge-capturing structure that prevents the rise of a threshold value in a transistor adjacent to the selected transistor by the selected movement of the transistor, out of at least two transistors formed on a substrate and at least the two transistors.
