PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk for analyzing a liquid sample capable of preventing easily and surely the liquid sample from being leaked. SOLUTION: In this disk 20 for analyzing the liquid sample by injecting the liquid sample into an internal flow passage through a sample injection hole 5 to be developed by centrifugal force, and by scanning optically to conduct analysis, an adhesive sheet 11 for coating a disk surface to seal the sample injection hole 5 is preliminarily provided by protecting a bonding face bonded to a prescribed area including the sample injection hole 5 with separation paper 12, to be bonded to the disk surface on the residual bonding face. A worker can bond thereby the adhesive sheet 11 in a proper position to seal the sample injection hole 5, by simple work of removing the separation paper 12 after the sample injection, and of pressing the adhesive sheet 11 onto the disk surface, and the liquid sample is surely prevented from being leaked since bonding force is prevented from getting low by touching the adhesive face.
