PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchanging performance of a cold/hot storage using a thermoelectric converting device. SOLUTION: This cold/hot storage comprises a housing 7 having a storage space 8 inside, and the thermoelectric converting device 1 mounted on at least one face of the housing 7 in a state that it has two heat transfer faces 1a, 1b, one of which acts as a heat absorbing face and the other acts as a heat generating face. A first heat exchanger 2 is mounted in the storage space 8 in a state of thermally connected with one of the heat transfer faces 1a, a second heat exchanger 3 is thermally connected with the other heat transfer face 1b, and further an air conditioner blowout air duct 4 comprising an air conditioner 11 for adjusting a temperature, and allowing the airflow blown out from the air conditioner 11 to flow into the second heat exchanger 3, and a discharge air duct 6 for discharging the airflow from the second heat exchanger 3 to the external are respectively formed. As the cooled air flows from the air conditioner blowout air duct 4, and the second heat exchanger 3 is cooled by the air, the heat exchanging performance can be improved, and the cooling performance of the thermoelectric converting device 1 can be also improved.
