In the invention, which is concerned with both a closed greenhouse and a system for regulating the climate of the greenhouse to cool down the greenhouse air by means of a cooling water, the system for regulation of the climate comprises a (spray) condenser (10) having means (13) for leading cooling water to the condenser. The condenser (10) has a blower (12) to transfer warm air to be cooled down to the condenser (10) from the greenhouse an outlet (14) in the condenser to lead out water from the condenser (10) warmed up by the greenhouse air in the condenser (10) . In the method of the invention, warm air of the greenhouse is blown to the condenser (10) , cooling water is introduced in the condenser (10) from which it is let to meet, when streaming downwards, air introduced to the condenser which is rising upwards, to cool down the same .
