Swiveling arrangement has retaining base (10), which has boundary area with opening in the boundary area. The swiveling docking device (20) at the end of the opening has a coupling section, which fits at the opening. The boundary plate at the another end of the opening has anchoring or fastening element for its attachment at the coupling section with which it stands at the boundary of the opening. The boundary plate attached with the coupling section in the boundary of the opening in order to form positional relationship between the swiveling docking device and retaining base. The coupling section causes a rotary adjustment relative to the retaining base if the swiveling docking device is subjected with exertion of force.
