The inventive device comprises first (18) and second (44) coil circuits which are carried by two members, respectively. The first (18) and second (44) circuits are magnetically coupled with each other when the members are interconnected. The first circuit (18) is embodied in the form of an LC oscillator circuit. The control device also comprises an oscillator (12) provided with an oscillator circuit formed by the first circuit (18). The second circuit (44) is embodied in the from of an LC oscillator circuit for modifying the tuning frequency of the oscillator (12) by magnetically coupling at least one first coil of said second circuit, called a first tuning coil (46) with at least one first coil of the first circuit, called a first oscillator coil (26).
