CONFERENCE SYSTEM AND CONFERENCE INFORMATION PROVIDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a screen of a conference and the condition of participants on a PC via a network and to easily utilize materials displayed on the conference screen.

SOLUTION: The conference system comprises functions for: capturing a screen of an electronic conference at fixed intervals and storing them as screen data; correlating the screen data and materials which are displayed when the screen is captured, using a time stamp from the start of the conference or a number convertible into a time stamp; recording the conference by providing a function for storing the correlation as screen history data and referring to and selecting any screen data via the network by a user; and downloading the materials correlated to the selected screen data via the network.
