GLASS FOR HEAT RESISTANT INSULATION COATING

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glass for heat resistant insulation coating which fully satisfies advantageous characteristics such as relatively low melting point, excellent heat resistance with a high glass transition point or the like, thermal expansion coefficient near to that of copper and high insulating property.

SOLUTION: The glass for heat resistant insulation coating contains (1) P oxide and B oxide and (2) 2 or more kinds of alkali metal oxide and has (8-23)×10-6/°C thermal expansion coefficient at the glass transition point. The P oxide and the B oxide are respectively P2O5and B2O3particularly.
