PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing faucet which can eject only water at a sufficient flow rate without a change in the set temperature of temperature-controlled water. SOLUTION: This mixing faucet comprises (a) a cold-water supply passage 54, (b) a hot-water supply passage 56, (c) a cold water-valve 68 which is composed of a pilot-type electromagnetic valve provided on the passage 54, (d) a hot water-valve 70 which is composed of a pilot-type electromagnetic valve provided on the passage 56, and (e) a mixing valve 58 for mixing the cold water and the hot water, supplied through the passages 54 and 56. A bypass passage 76 is branched off from the passage 54 and the upstream of the valve 68 and connected to the passage 56 and a section between the valves 70 and 58, and a bypass valve 78, which is composed of the pilot-type electromagnetic valve, is preprovided on the bypass passage 76.
