PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber masterbatch capable of sharply enhancing a low-loss property, wear resistance and failure characteristics of a rubber composition, and a manufacturing method of the masterbatch. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the modified natural rubber masterbatch comprises a step of mixing a modified natural rubber latex, obtained by adding a polar group-containing monomer to a natural rubber latex and graft-polymerizing the polar group-containing monomer onto a natural rubber molecule in the natural rubber latex, with a slurry solution obtained by previously dispersing in water at least one inorganic filler selected from among silica and specific inorganic compounds.
