The sliding guides with adjustable play consist of carriages with built-in slide elements and guide rails. A pressure bar (3) and a threaded boring (4) containing a grub screw (5) are contained in a housing (6) of the sliding element (1). There may be a channel (7) in the housing of the sliding element, for fixing the pressure bar.
