A feeding structure of an antenna device formed on a window glass panel of a motor vehicle is provided. A first feeding element (24) opposing to the hot antenna element (10) of the planar antenna (8) and second feeding element (26) opposing to the ground antenna element are located in the module mounted on the window glass panel so as to cover the planar antenna (8).
