Connection arrangement between a superconductor element and a resistive electrical conductor

The arrangement has an intermediate conductor support unit (1C) with a tapered part (B) of section varying from a section (S1) of a conductor support unit (1A) of a superconducting cable to a section (S2) of a resistive electrical conductor (2). The unit (1C) is integrated to BSCCO type superconducting strands (1D) of the cable and to the conductor (2). The ends of the strands are disposed on the part (B).
