PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a master batch for a polyacetal resin which has excellent thermal stability and can significantly reduce the amount of formaldehyde emitted from a molded product and a pellet; and a polyacetal resin composition containing the same. ! SOLUTION: A master batch for a polyacetal resin contains (A) 100 pts.mass of a polyacetal resin and (B) 10-200 pts.mass of a hindered amine compound represented by the general formula (1) in the figure. (R1 represents one selected from the group consisting of H, a hydroxy group, a C1-30 alkyl group, a C1-30 hydroxyalkyl group, a C1-30 alkoxy group, a C1-30 hydroxyalkoxy group and an oxy radical; and R2 represents a C1-30 alkyl group or a C2-30 alkenyl group.) !
