<p>The method and system are for receipt, processing and securing together with control of financial data. The system is illustrated by the visual display unit of a user during the recording of financial data, whereby the corresponding bank copy is graphically shown. Via a number of common fields in the bookkeeping and in the table with financial calculation copies both are connected to each other. On the basis of the data present in the copy, possible book entry proposals are sought. These are evaluated. The user can at all times decide on using a book entry in another way.</p> |
