A cosmetic composition (C1) comprises at least one tensioning agent selected from plant proteins and their hydrolysates, mixed silicates, colloidal particles of inorganic filler and synthetic polymers; and at least one hydroxyalkyl urea derivative or its salt, solvates and isomers, in a physiologically acceptable medium. A cosmetic composition (C1) comprises at least one tensioning agent selected from plant proteins and their hydrolysates, mixed silicates, colloidal particles of inorganic filler and synthetic polymers; and at least one hydroxyalkyl urea derivative of formula (R1)(R2)N-CO-N(R3)(R4) (I) or its salt, solvates and isomers, in a physiologically acceptable medium. R1 - R4H, 1-4C alkyl or 2-6C hydroxyalkyl group (containing 1 - 5 hydroxyl groups). At least one of the radicals R1 - R4 is hydroxyalkyl group. Independent claims are also included for: (1) process for cosmetically treating wrinkled skin by applying to the skin a composition comprising a hydroxyalkyl urea and at least one tensioning agent; and (2) cosmetic assembly comprising a container delimiting at least one compartment, and closed by means of a closing member; and (C1) placed inside the compartment. - ACTIVITY : Dermatological. - MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
