The device has a connection arm (1) coupled to an orientable plate (11) and describing a controllable angular motion around a rotation axis (Y'Y) by a wing nut (9) placed by an end of a bolt (5). A U shape profiled part (2) and the arm describe a controllable circular motion around the bolt using the nut. The part (2) has a base (3) coupled to an easel (6) by the bolt passing via a center (3a) of the base along a rotation axis (X`X).
