The apparatus has a vertical tank (1) comprising a thermal insulation (2) and a base (12) fixed with an electrical resistor (5) that permits to obtain hot water. The tank permits to soak a concerned material in a bath i.e. water and cleaner, whose temperature is about 90[deg]. A water intake faucet (9) is placed on a side of the tank, and a drain valve (10) is placed on a lower part of the tank.
