PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to freely select desired time to obtain view contract information and speedily acquire the view contract information in user's desired timing regardless of the charging state of a secondary battery. SOLUTION: A main microcomputer 10 performs one of: a charging mode in which a sub-microcomputer 12 is instructed to charge the secondary battery 15 when a main system power source is off and operations of circuits relating to reception and circuits relating to reproduction are stopped; a standby-after-charging mode in which the sub-microcomputer 12 is instructed to quickly charge the secondary battery 15 when the main system power source is off and the circuit relating to reception is operated when the main system power source is off to start receiving CA information; and a standby mode in which the circuit relating to reception is operated when the main system power source is off to get ready to receive the CA information and at the same time, the sub-microcomputer 12 is instructed to charge the secondary battery 15.
