The invention in contrast to the existing semi-closed single-track motorized means of transportation, such as a motor scooter, enables the driver's seat to shift forwards so that a sleeping berth is provided for the driver, the doors enables the autonomy of the enclosed saloon of the cab independent of the weather, safety is provided for the driver and passenger even without a helmet, and safety airbags can be installed at the front and side of the driver.
