The biodegradable mesh consists of textile (1) with multiple yarns, staples or narrow fabrics (11) obtained from fibers of paper or non-woven cellulose fabric. The textile comprises several holes (12) through which vegetation is allowed to grow. The yarns, staples, or narrow fabrics comprise dyed segments (11a) for defining signs (2).
