<p>A blade assembly for a food processor (10) has a cylindrical hub. A double ended blade (11, 12) is sandwiched between an upper hub portion (51) and a lower hub portion (52). In preferred embodiments, a junction between the upper portion is at least partially inclined with respect to a vertical axis. The central double ended blade (11, 12) may be formed from a single blank and is retained between the upper portion (51) and the lower portion (52), the hub may also support additional upper (13) and lower (14) blades.</p> |
