<p>The inventive device makes it possible to obtain a carrier for a firm rest or seat which is arrangeable on waistlines of persons, resists to any forces applied by traction or pressure from the top downward and provides a permanent stability in all circumstances for carrying any objects or materials without allowing a loosing, in the case of a clothing, for example pants, or when it is necessary, to ensure the efficient support of all types of anchoring or fixture or materials which is passive or in operation and connectable or attachable in the permanent stability areas which are produced or formed by using the device providing from now the same retaining quality of the components thereof on any surfaces and in all circumstances. The inventive device comprises a sliding strap or link (1), a transfer element and optionally a second restoring strap (9). Said device can be suitable for clothing, dressing, health and security.</p> |
