<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein neither image can be obtained, nor abnormality can be detected immediately if an invader or the like disconnects a cable. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless phone terminal 10 composed of a camera unit 12 and a mobile phone 11 executes standby processing such as waiting for call arrival to perform a system check or transfer image data capturing an image, and a service control station 40 including a radio base station 20 calls the set wireless phone terminal 10. If there is no response, emergency processing such as making an emergency contact or fast going to the site is executed but if there is a response, monitoring processing such as judging system check data or transferring or monitoring image data is executed. Thus, monitoring is prevented from being disabled by disconnecting the cable like a case of cable-wiring and if monitoring is disabled, this can be surely detected since it is impossible to respond to the next call. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
