PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectifying device and a cooling device capable of equalizing distribution of a flow rate even in an enlarged passing area where flowing-in fluid is passed in a state that its cross-section is gradually enlarged. SOLUTION: In this rectifying structure 60 comprising the enlarged passing area 61 through which the flowing-in fluid is passed in a state that its cross-section is gradually enlarged, and a plurality of straightening vanes 62 mounted on the enlarged passing area 61 in a state that clearances adjacent to each other are used as fluid flow channels R for straightening the fluid flow, the plurality of straightening vanes 62 are arranged in such manner that the larger a ratio of variation of flowing direction of fluid is, the larger a width of the flow channel is in the longitudinal direction of each flow channel R.
