PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by reducing manufacturing cost while easily performing assembling work and maintenance work. SOLUTION: This wheel bearing device has a cylindrical bearing body 22 for integrally molding a wheel side hub part 24 and a constant velocity universal joint 52 side outer race part 26, a hub bearing 30 having an out-fitting member 62 and rolling bodies 28a and 28b fitted around the bearing body 22, and a nut member 34 for fixing the bearing body 22 to the hub bearing 30 supported on the car body side by fastening to a screw part 44 of the bearing body 22 after pressing the bearing body 22 from the wheel side in a through-hole 58 of the out-fitting member 62.
