<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement system which widely provides equal opportunities for Internet profit. <P>SOLUTION: A site station of an advertiser, a server of a development company and a personal computer of a general consumer are connected through the Internet, in which information can be exchanged mutually. When complex programs are started in a personal computer, advertisement introduction programs are started following information processing programs. On a screen of the personal computer, the information processing programs are displayed on a large area, and images according to the advertisement introduction programs are displayed on a small area. If the general consumer specifies the advertisement introduction programs to select them, Internet connection programs are started. Then, the personal computer is connected to the server of the development company through the Internet, and advertisement data related to merchandises and services of the advertiser is read out from the advertisement site.
