PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-side flow path serial type heat exchanger which is low-cost and light weight. SOLUTION: A flow path 21 is enclosed by a side plate 22, a tube plate 23 and a side bar 24 and a fin 25 is fixed in the flow path 21. Flow paths 31, 41 are enclosed by a tube plate 23 and a side plate 22 and divided by a divider bar 26 and a fin 27 or a fin 28 is fixed in the flow paths 31, 41 in an orthogonal direction of the fin 25.
