PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a gas cookstove, by simplifying a structure, even in the gas cookstove having a forced combustion type cookstove burner for increasing high heat efficiency. SOLUTION: A needle valve 14 is arranged in the middle of a gas flow passage of a gas nozzle 12 for adjusting gas to a gas flow rate corresponding to its position by vertically moving by interlocking with rotary operation in the lateral direction of a thermal power adjusting lever 13. A fan supply air adjusting plate 16 is connected to the needle valve 14 via an interlocking pin 15. This fan supply air adjusting plate 16 is slidably supported along an air supply port 17 side surface in an air supply fan 10, and supplies proper combustion air corresponding to the gas flow rate from the air supply fan 10 by changing the opening area of an air supply port 17 by interlocking with the vertical movement of the interlocking pin 15.
