PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woodgrain material having suitable productivity and appearance quality and capable of suppressing deformation due to temperature change. SOLUTION: A wood panel 21 as the woodgrain material used for constituting a vehicle part has a base material layer 31 made of a synthetic resin and a woody layer 32 is bonded to one side of the base material layer 31 through an adhesive layer 34. The woody layer 32 is made of natural wood and has a woodgrain. Further, a shrink layer 33 having a second woody layer 36 is provided to the other side of the base material layer 31 so as to be opposed to the woody layer 32 through the base material layer 31. This shrink layer 33 is constituted so as to be shrunk by shrinking of the second woody layer 36 under a heated atmosphere. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
