<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared projector using a semiconductor light-emitting element in which a lens is not tinged with red by a red light component generated with infrared ray and it is realized by a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: In the constitution provided with the semiconductor light-emitting element 2 for generating the infrared ray and the red light component; and the lens 3 for forwardly irradiating the light from the element, a light source 4 for generating a white light is provided and the white light is made incident to the lens 3. Influence of the red light component transmitting through the lens can be relaxed by utilizing a scattered light. For example, scattering effect at an edge can be utilized in the constitution form using a light-emitting diode as the light source 4 and using a Fresnel lens as the lens 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
