PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure welding type sheet connector and a connection structure of an electric connection capable of following variations in heights of bumps. SOLUTION: The pressure welding type sheet connector and the connection structure of an electric connection are equipped with an inspection circuit substrate 1, a semiconductor package 10 to the inspection circuit substrate 1, and a pressure welding type sheet connector 20 intercalated between the inspection circuit substrate 1 and the semiconductor package 10. The pressure welding type sheet connector 20 is structured by an elastomer sheet 21 capable of transforming and intercalated between the inspection circuit substrate 1 and the semiconductor package 10, and a plurality of metal fine wires 22 stored in the elastomer sheet 21, with both ends 23 exposed, conducting and connecting between the inspection circuit substrate 1 and the semiconductor package 10. An occupancy of the metal fine wires 22 on a surface of the elastomer sheet 21 is 5 to 19%, and also, a hardness of the elastomer sheet 21 is 30°to 70°Hs, while, a diameter of each metal fine wire 22 is 5 to 40μm.
