PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for distributing data erasure programs capable of distributing a data erasure program to an information terminal. SOLUTION: When a distribution request for requesting the distribution of the data erasure program is received from a terminal 2 to be erased that can be operated by an access user connected via a computer network 4, and the payment information of charge is authenticated by a payment server 5, the device 1 for distributing data erasure programs distributes the data erasure program stored in a storage section 102 to the terminal 2 to be erased. The terminal 2 in which erasure is to be performed erases the data in a storage 202 included in the terminal 2 so that the data cannot be easily restored, based on the data erasure program.
