PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inability to switch a login user from a user's side on a Web page, and to enable a specific user to maintain and release a login status. SOLUTION: The device is comprised of; a login processing means for enabling the specific user to maintain the login status by requesting input of the user's ID and a password and performing authentication processing; a logout processing means for enabling the specific user to release the login status by performing a logout processing; a means for managing the login status and authentication experience through a session; and a means for determining whether or not a next request is an automatic transmission request by a browser based on the login status and authentication experience, and storing it when a login process is performed again after the logout is performed.
