PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber cord composite material capable of improving the rigidity balance generated when used as tension is provided. SOLUTION: In this rubber code composite material 1, on the surface of a circular core member 2 in which first reinforcement cords 7 are disposed and embedded in the width direction in a circular rubber layer 6 to be extended in the circumferential direction, second reinforcement cords 4 are spirally wound along the circumferential direction of the core member 2.
