PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required when changing a tool such as a deburring tool to other tools as compared with a conventional time, in a finishing device of a workpiece. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plurality of spindles for holding tools 51 and 52 for deburring, etc. of the workpiece. The device is provided with a spindle part 30 having first spindle 40 and second spindle 45. An axial direction 44a of a rotary shaft 44 of the first spindle 40 and an axial direction 49a of a rotary shaft 49 of the second spindle 45 are orthogonal to each other. The device is provided with: a pair of gears 24 for transmitting rotation of a rotary shaft 23 of a first driving source 22 to the rotary shafts 44 and 49 of the first and second spindles 40 and 45; a frame 21 for rotatably supporting the spindle part 30 by making the rotary shaft 23 of the first driving source 22 as a rotation center; and a second driving source 33 for rotating the spindle part 30 by making the rotary shaft 23 of the first driving source 22 as the rotation center.
