PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood component removing system to make a blood manipuulation chamber be easily set on a channel combined to a centrifugal separator rotor. SOLUTION: A blood processing channel (208) equipped on a channel housing (204) connected to a centrifugal rotor (568) of a blood component removing system (2) includes a first cell separation stage (312) with blood inlets (224, 388) and RBC outlets (276, 516) and at least one other stage (316). The ratio of a volume of the at least one other stage (316) of the channel (208) to a volume of the first separation stage (312) is to be smaller than the ratio of desired hematocrit of liquid to be removed through the RBC outlets (272, 516) to desired hematocrit of liquid to be guided through the blood inlets (224, 388), lower than 1/2.
