摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to distinguish each tissue from the others on an image at a site where a plurality of tissue images of similar signal intensities coexist in an optional area in the case of photographing a living body normally by an MRI system. <P>SOLUTION: An optional part of the image photographed by the MRI system is cut off, and the center value and an average value of the luminance level of the cut-off image is measured. The center value is divided by the average value, and this value is denoted as (a). The value (a) is divided by a monitor gamma, and this value is denoted as (b). The cut-off image is converted so as to set the brightest part to be high light and so as to set the darkest place to be darkness, and the value (b) is inputted to a gamma correction dialog to form a converted image and to reverse white and monochromatic gradation. It is converted from a gray scale to RGB color to select hue correction variation. With respect to intermediate colors, intermediate level correction is carried out by hue correction by green&times;once, yellow&times;twice, cyanogen&times;once, blue&times;3 times, red&times;5 times, magenta&times;twice in order, and brightness is adjusted.
