<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee beverage making apparatus which keeps hot water supply amount at one time to a sprinkler uniform and can hold the quality of an extracted coffee liquid constant. <P>SOLUTION: The coffee beverage making apparatus 1 has a hot water tank 27 for sprinkling hot water which forms hot water for coffee liquid extraction by a heater 34, a hot water tank 10 for watering which forms hot water from supplied water by a heater 52, a pump 32 which conveys hot water within this tank 10 to the tank 27, and a controlling arrangement 20 which controls the pump 32, the controlling arrangement 20 discharges by a siphon 29 hot water within the tank 27 to a sprinkler 41 by providing a predetermined volume of hot water within the tank 10 to the tank 27 by the pump 32, extracts the coffee liquid by sprinkling hot water from the sprinkler 41 to coffee raw material powder, and rectifies volume of hot water supplied to the tank 27 from the next time tank 10 based on the temperature of hot water supplied to the tank 27 from the last time tank 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
