PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an O ring installing structure without making an O ring fall off when assembling a hydraulic apparatus, without using grease and an adhesive. SOLUTION: This structure for installing the O ring in an annular groove, is characterized by enlarging an outer diameter of the O ring more than the smallest inner diameter on the outer peripheral side of an opening of the annular groove by inwardly inclining an outer peripheral side inner wall of the annular groove so as to narrow the opening of the annular groove.
