PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active vibration control device of a novel structure, capable of stably supplying characteristics in series, by restraining a variation in a vibration control characteristic between product individuals caused by a manufacturing error in a rubber elastic body, particularly, in a vibration control device body. SOLUTION: A magnetic action force stabilizing part 132 having a shape capable of gradually changing the size of magnetic action force acting between a moving piece side magnetic pole forming part 148 and a fixed piece side magnetic pole forming part 117 in response to shaft directional displacement of a moving piece 112, is arranged in at least one of the moving piece side magnetic pole forming part 148 for generating a magnetic pole in the moving piece 112 and the fixed piece side magnetic pole forming part 117 for generating a magnetic pole in a fixed piece 114.
