<p>The inside of a closed body is applied with high voltage to produce an electrical arc. A charge-coupled device (CCD) captures image of the arc. Using the image, the luminous intensity of the arc is compared with a threshold value. The closed bodies with arcs that do not comply with the threshold values are rejected.</p>
