DEVICE, METHOD, AND PROGRAM FOR DETECTING DIGITAL WATERMARKING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital watermarking detecting device capable of suppressing the probability of the occurrence of false positive in a digital watermarking method using a phase variant.

SOLUTION: A watermark component extracting part 32 extracts watermark components respectively included in a plurality of small areas from the small areas obtained by dividing target contents into a plurality of parts by an image dividing part 31, a solid angle calculating part 33 calculates a solid angle of each small area from each watermark component, a scattering calculating part 34 calculates the scattering of these solid angles, a threshold judgement part 35 judges whether or not a digital watermark is included in the target contents on the basis of comparison processing between scattering and a threshold. When it is judged that the digital watermark is included in the target contents, a watermark calculating part 37 calculates a watermark value.
