<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device capable of reinforcing security of data stored in a storage part. <P>SOLUTION: A command CM inputted to a memory cartridge 1 is reversely transformed by a command reverse scramble part 13, and address information Cla and a parameter CLb are extracted. An expectation value parameter computing part 14 creates an expectation value parameter DLb. The parameters CLb and DLb are numeric information synchronized with each other in a normal condition to be transited in time series and their mutual conformity is determined by a comparison part 16. When both parameters match with each other, storage data corresponding to the address information CLa in a storage part 15 are transmitted to a data scramble part 18 to be scrambled in the data scramble part 18 and outputted from an input/output part 12.
